We receive many questions about shipping times, so we want to be fully transparent:

In-stock items — shipped as soon as possible. You'll receive a tracking code by email once your order is on its way.

Pre-order items — delivery can take a month or longer from the moment you place your order. Your full order ships when all items are in stock. By ordering a pre-order item, you agree to this waiting time.

Mixed orders — if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything ships together once the pre-order items arrive.

What is the difference between Crushed Blends and Flower Rolls?


Crushed Blends are loose herbal blends designed for those who prefer to roll their own — perfect if you already have your own papers and like to customise your experience. Flower Rolls are pre-made and ready to use straight out of the packaging, ideal if you prefer convenience without any preparation.

Can I use your products while taking medication?

We are not qualified to give medical advice and are therefore unable to advise you on the use of our products in combination with medication or health conditions. If you are using medication or have any health concerns, we strongly recommend consulting your doctor or general practitioner first. Only if they have no objections should you consider using our products.

We advise this because herbal products have the potential to interfere with the effectiveness of certain medications, or may cause side effects such as headaches, nausea or dizziness, particularly when health is already compromised.

Your health and safety always come first.

What products would you recommend for me?

It all depends on what you’re looking for whether you want relaxation, better sleep, a nice peaceful rest, or simply a moment to switch off and not feel “on” for a while. Our flowers are perfect for making tea. If you prefer to make your own herbal pre rolls, our crushed blends are a great option. If you prefer something ready to use, our flowerrolls (pre-rolls) are ready-made herbal pre rolls. Tinctures are a more highly concentrated version of the lotus flowers which you can easily carry with you and are ready to use.

Can our products be mixed with other herbs?

Yes, many customors choose to combine our herbal blends with other legal herbs depending on personal preference.

Many customers use herbal blends as an alternative when they want to reduce or quit smoking. It depends on whether you prefer to mix your own flavors or choose something pre-rolled and ready to use. We offer different options: our pre-rolls are made with pure natural herbs for convenience, while our crushed blends allow you to mix with your own flavors or roll them yourself. What would you recommend for anxiety or relaxation?

It really depends on what you’re looking for and how you prefer to use the product. Many customers choose crushed blends or Flower Rolls (pre-rolls), such as Blue Lotus or PTSS Relief, especially during high-stress moments when they want to unwind and relax.

If you prefer something easy to use and convenient to carry throughout the day, the Blue Lotus tincture may be a better fit. You can take a few drops under the tongue when needed for example during stressful moments or when you feel overwhelmed or use it a few times per day for general support.

For a calming daytime ritual, I would recommend Egyptian Lotus flowers as a tea. Ultimately, it all comes down to personal preference and what works best for you.

Which lotus should I choose for focus, relaxation or balance?

Different lotus varieties are often chosen for different experiences, and you are free to combine them or create your own blends based on your personal preference.

Blue Lotus is commonly chosen by customers who are looking for relaxation and a calming feeling. Many people use it to unwind in the evening or as part of their bedtime routine.

White Lotus is often described as more balanced and clear, without making you feel overly mellow. It is a popular choice for those seeking a gentle, balanced experience.

Red Lotus is frequently selected for focus, clarity, and motivation. Customers often use it during work, creative activities, or studying.

Egyptian Lotus is typically chosen by customers who want a clear and balanced daytime experience, without feeling too relaxed or sleepy like with Blue Lotus.

Flowers and flowers with stems - What is the difference?

Lotus flowers are the most commonly used part of the plant and are often chosen for tea or herbal blends.

Lotus flowers with stems are the same flowers but include the stems of the plant as well. Because more parts of the plant are included, many customers describe the overall experience as slightly stronger compared to using flowers only.

Can I eat the stems?

Yes, the stems are a natural part of the plant and can be consumed. They contain additional vitamins and antioxidants.

Pre - orders

I placed a pre-order but have not received my order yet. Why does it take so long?
Pre-orders are for products that are not yet in stock at the time of ordering. By placing a pre-order, customers can reserve these products in advance so they will receive them as soon as they arrive.

Since the lotus flowers come from the other side of the world and are 100% organic, the process can sometimes take longer. High demand especially for Blue Lotus flowers combined with customs procedures in our country, can also add extra time. Because of this, the waiting period can occasionally be longer than a month.

As soon as the products arrive, we start packing and shipping all pre-orders as quickly as possible, in the order they were placed. We understand that waiting can be frustrating and truly appreciate your patience!

Many of our customers recommend stocking up when you are satisfied with a product so you don’t run out, as demand is often high.

I placed an order that contains both a pre-order and in-stock product. When will my order be shipped?

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are in stock.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times can vary due to international transport delays. For regular in-stock orders, we send them out as soon as possible, and you will receive a tracking code by email.

For pre-orders, however, shipping can take a month or even longer, depending on when the products arrive from our suppliers. Pre-orders are always shipped as soon as they are in stock, but the timing can be affected by high demand, customs, or transport delays.

At HerbsMagicShop.nl we are committed to delivering quality products and reliable service. By placing an order you agree to this policy. This policy has been drafted in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Sale of Goods Directive (2019/771/EU), and applicable national consumer law.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, without giving any reason. This right is guaranteed under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

How to exercise your right of withdrawal:
Send a clear written statement to herbsmagicshoporders@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, or use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.

After notifying us, please return the product as soon as possible and no later than 14 days. We will refund the purchase price including standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return shipment.

Return shipping costs are at your expense unless we indicate otherwise.

Exception — hygiene-sensitive products:
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable consumer law. This exception applies only to products whose packaging has been opened. Unopened, sealed products always fall under the right of withdrawal.

2. Product Conformity & Quality Guarantee

We are legally required to deliver products that conform to the purchase agreement at the moment of delivery. This means products must match their description, be of reasonable quality, and arrive undamaged.

Important — consumable & perishable products:
All products sold by HerbsMagicShop.nl, including lotus products, smoke herbs, and tinctures, are consumable or perishable goods. The statutory 2-year guarantee period does not apply in the same way to these product types, as their shelf life is limited by nature and their condition after delivery depends heavily on how they are stored and handled by the customer. Our conformity guarantee therefore applies at the moment of delivery only.

If a product does not conform to the agreement at the time of delivery — for example because it is damaged, incorrectly described, or the wrong item was sent — you are entitled to:

  • Free replacement of the product
  • A proportionate price reduction
  • Cancellation of the order and full refund

Any non-conformity must be reported as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery, supported by clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging. Claims submitted after this period, or without supporting evidence, cannot be accepted for consumable goods.

2.1 Storage & shelf life

All products must be stored correctly after delivery. Herbs, smoke blends, and tinctures should be kept in a cool, dry, and dark environment, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat. Shelf life information is stated on the product packaging where applicable.

Quality complaints that arise as a result of incorrect storage or handling by the customer after delivery are not covered under our conformity guarantee and will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

3. Delivery & Shipping

We aim to deliver orders within the timeframe stated on our website. The maximum statutory delivery period is 30 days after the order date, unless a different period has been agreed.

If delivery does not take place within the agreed period, we will give you the opportunity to set a new delivery deadline. If that deadline is also missed, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

3.1 Customer responsibility for contact and address details

You are solely responsible for providing correct, complete, and up-to-date delivery information at the time of placing your order. This includes your full name, street address, house number, postcode, city, and country — as well as a valid email address and phone number.

Your email address and phone number are required so that the carrier can contact you regarding delivery, notify you of a delivery attempt, or arrange an alternative drop-off. Without these details, successful delivery cannot be guaranteed. HerbsMagicShop.nl cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by missing, incorrect, or incomplete contact details provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer will be charged for the cost of reshipment. We will contact you to arrange redelivery and payment of the additional shipping costs before resending the order.

3.2 Failed delivery due to customer absence or non-collection

We fulfil our legal obligation to deliver by dispatching your order to the address you provided. If a delivery attempt fails because you were not home, did not collect the package from a collection point within the carrier's holding period, or refused delivery without a valid reason, this is considered a failure on the part of the customer — not HerbsMagicShop.nl.

In such cases, any return shipping costs charged by the carrier, as well as costs for reshipment of your order, will be passed on to and recovered from the customer. We will not process a refund for the original order until all outstanding shipping costs have been settled, or until both parties have agreed on a different arrangement.

We make every effort to deliver your order successfully and in accordance with our legal obligations. These provisions exist solely to recover costs we incur when a delivery failure is caused by circumstances within the customer's control.

3.3 Pre-orders & Extended Delivery Times

Some products in our store are available for pre-order. Pre-orders have an extended delivery time that may take up to one month or longer from the date of purchase. The estimated delivery timeframe is stated on the product page.

If your order becomes available sooner than expected, you will be notified automatically.
⚠ Please note: If your order contains both pre-order and regular (in-stock) products, the entire order will be held and shipped together once all products are available. We do not split shipments by default. If you wish to receive in-stock items separately, please contact us at herbsmagicshoporders@gmail.com before placing your order.

By placing an order that includes a pre-order product, you acknowledge and agree to these extended delivery terms.

4. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed of progress. This process may take up to 30 days.

If a shipment is demonstrably lost or delivered damaged, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund. We will resolve this as soon as the investigation is complete, or sooner if the situation is clear.

Your statutory consumer rights are not suspended or limited during the investigation period.

5. Complaints

Please report any complaints about your order as soon as possible after discovery via herbsmagicshoporders@gmail.com or our contact page. We aim to respond to all complaints within 14 days.

We may request supporting information such as photos or your order number to process your complaint efficiently.

6. Mistakes on Our Part

If we have made an error with your order — such as sending the wrong product, an incorrect quantity, or a damaged item — we will of course take full responsibility and work with you to find a fair solution.

In such cases, we will contact you and ask you to choose one of the following two options:

Option A — Return & refund:
You return the incorrect or damaged product to us. Once we have received it in its original condition, we will issue a full refund of the product price. In this case, return shipping costs are covered by HerbsMagicShop.nl.

Option B — Keep & partial refund:
If you prefer to keep the product, we will offer a fair partial refund or store credit to compensate for the error, without the need to return anything.

We ask the customer to make a choice within 7 days of being contacted. If no response is received within this period, we will proceed with the option that is most practical given the circumstances, always in line with your statutory rights.

This procedure allows us to resolve mistakes efficiently and fairly, while keeping costs reasonable for both parties. Your statutory consumer rights remain fully intact regardless of which option you choose.

7. Dispute Resolution & ODR

If we are unable to resolve a complaint together, you may submit your dispute to a recognised dispute resolution body or use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent court. Spanish law applies to all agreements concluded with HerbsMagicShop.nl, in accordance with EU Regulation 593/2008 (Rome I). This does not affect your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

8. Unsolicited Returns & Undelivered Package Claims

8.1 Unsolicited returns

Returns that have not been approved in advance by HerbsMagicShop.nl will not be accepted. If a package is sent back to us without prior written confirmation from us, we are not obliged to process a refund or replacement. Unauthorised returns may be refused at the door or returned to the sender at their own cost.

Always contact us at herbsmagicshoporders@gmail.com before sending anything back. Returns without prior approval will not be processed.

8.2 Claims of non-delivery

If a customer reports that a package was not received, we will review the tracking information provided by the carrier. If tracking confirms that the package was successfully delivered to the correct address — including delivery to a neighbour, a safe location, or a collection point — this constitutes proof of delivery and the order is considered fulfilled.

In such cases, we ask the customer to:

  • Check with neighbours or other household members
  • Check any safe drop locations on or around the property
  • Collect the package from the indicated collection point if applicable
  • Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided
If tracking confirms delivery but the customer insists the package was not received, we reserve the right to initiate a formal investigation with the carrier before issuing any replacement or refund. Submitting a false non-delivery claim may constitute fraud and can be reported to the relevant authorities.

8.3 Abuse of return or complaint procedures

HerbsMagicShop.nl reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block accounts in cases where a customer repeatedly abuses return procedures, submits unfounded complaints, or makes fraudulent claims. This does not affect the statutory rights of genuine consumers acting in good faith.

9. Minimum Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from HerbsMagicShop.nl.
Our products, including smoke herbs, lotus products, and tinctures, are not intended for minors. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. HerbsMagicShop.nl reserves the right to cancel any order where there is reason to believe this requirement has not been met.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access or purchase our products. HerbsMagicShop.nl cannot be held liable for purchases made by minors in violation of this requirement.

10. Product Use & Health Disclaimer

All products are sold for general use. We do not provide medical advice. If you are taking medication, are pregnant, have underlying health conditions, or are unsure about using our products, we strongly advise consulting a qualified medical professional or pharmacist before use.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

11. Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Statutory consumer rights are never excluded or limited by this policy. We are liable for damage resulting from:

  • Demonstrable defects in our products at the time of delivery
  • Incorrect product information published on our website

We are not liable for damage resulting from improper or unintended use of products, incorrect storage after delivery, or individual allergic or sensitivity reactions that were not reasonably foreseeable.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to orders already placed. The most current version is always available on our website.
