Frequently asked questions

When will my order be shipped? In stock products are shipped as soon as possible. Depending on the postal service, you can expect to receive your package within 7 business days when you recieve your tracking, no guarantees!

I placed a pre-order, when will I receive my order? Pre-orders have an extended delivery time of possibly a month or longer. If your order becomes available sooner, you will automatically be notified.

⚠️ Please note: If your order contains both pre-order and regular products, the entire order will only be shipped once all products are available.

I haven't received my track & trace yet. You will automatically receive a track & trace once your package has been handed over at the post office and is on its way. Haven't received it yet? Please also check your spam/junk folder.
